Turkey or Ham? for helmos
As a general rule, I prefer turkey. Probably mostly because I love stuffing and gravy. Plus, I also love the way a golden-brown turkey looks in the middle of a holiday table!
I do like ham more these days than I used to. But if I do have a ham for the holiday, I much prefer a honey-baked type with lots of wonderfully crusty glaze.
