WLS: Getting back to the basics

I CARE DAMN IT!




It's time to get back in shape! I feel like such a failure and a slug and after watching the National Body Challenge today I have been reinspired! No more excuses... school is NOT going to be an excuse anymore dang it! Today I started off with scrambled egg beaters, low fat crossant (1/2) and two links of LF sausage. Lunch is going to be a protein shake and a run... I don't care if the dogs go with me or Jim gets pushed down the road in the computer chair by me! LOL! I am going out! I was at goal weight when I started this term and in the 3 months since Yule I have gained 9 pounds! That scares the hell out of me! So no more! It's not gonna happen again. No more excuses! No more bad food choices!

So far I am still doing great...
Breakfast: Egg Beaters, LF sausage, LF cheese, LF crossant (1/2)
Lunch: Black and Blue Steak Salad
Drinking: Water 20oz, 4 cups of "coffee" (RocaMocha: 13g protein per cup)
Dinner: ???
