Today, I met Alan Bean, fourth man to step on the moon.

As you know (or don't), going into space has been my dream ever since I was a little girl. That might not be entirely feasible anymore, given the direction my life and career has taken, but, as Alan Bean said today, sometimes impossible dreams come true.

So, in spirit of this great weather we're having (76 degrees!), I went out and bought myself some new yarn. It's a cotton/acrylic/nylon blend, and it's got a great drape, and it was bought with a spring/summer garment in mind.
