Hmm
So I had an attack last night. I couldn't fall asleep and every time I closed my eyes my heart raced and I couldn't breathe. It was definitely panic. I did this for about an hour until finally I got up, took some nyquil, and eventually passed out. It was really scary though. Now, I'm like dead. I'm going home with Megan for the weekend which should be really fun if I can pull myself out of a zombie-like state. :-(
