So, I'm a little unfamiliar with this whole... dress code thing. Is it like being permanently on a winter island?
I think I might need a little help. [A little is an understatement. The man doesn't seem to have to figured out how the buttons on his bright purple shirt operate, if the bared chest showing off his tattoo is any indication. And then there's the fact that he's wearing what looks to be a bright blue pirate sash, and sandals... in the middle of December in Hogwarts. A lot of help might be more accurate.]
I mean, do you wear the tie and scarf? Do you really have to keep the robes covering everything except the neck? And is there a rule or something against using magic for personal fires? Because otherwise, all the extra layers seem a bit unnecessary.
