3pm: Andy goes to get consultation the various Good Faith Estimates in our possession. Decides on a lender.
4pm: Andy goes to chosen lender and get pre-approval loan letter.
5:30pm: Taco Johns. mmmmmmm, taaaaaacooooos
6:30pm: Meeting with realtor to discuss opening offer and fill out necessary paperwork.
8:30pm: Leave realtor's office with nerves tingling.
9:45pm: Realtor calls telling us WE. HAVE. A HOUSE!!!
They accepted our bid and will cover closing costs (bundled with the price of the house). We got everything we asked for and then some.
Now: We need it inspected. We need to pack. We need to turn in intent to leave letter to apt. managers. We need to plan move.
We have a house!!!!!
