If today wasn't a novel enough, i have more to write. It won't be as long tho. I most definately wasn't feeling the love today, but i really wasn't expecting to. A month ago, i had hoped to have a valentine, but a week ago, those thoughts were smashed down. I am still trying to figure that one out...don't worry, im not done yet. I've been shot down, but i have bounced back and I'm ready. So anyways, today's shop was interesting. I was trying to find busy work to do in the theatre because i really didnt want to go down to the scene shop. Aaron told me and Nick to go to the shop, and i ran into Tim who was about ready to leave to go there. I asked him for a ride, and he asked why. I said that Aaron told me to go. He said that there are enough people down there and i should stay in the theatre and help "facilitate". Apparently i am a good facilitator because he always tells me to do that. I think that really means to stand around and do nothing. As far as cleaning the shop, he told me that i am above that and that i am smart enough to look for something that needs done and do it. I told him that i knew of something that needed done, but i wasnt sure if i could spend shop time to do it. I told him that the sound studio needed cleaned (badly). He said that i could do it...in fact, he said that i could spend the rest of the week cleaning it. How exciting. I was planning to spend a couple of evenings this week to clean it, but now i can spend shop time to do it which is even better. I hope to go through some of our equipment as well and see if it works, and if not, try to fix it, and if that doesnt work, it will probably get pitched. So yeah, that was kinda exciting that Tim said that to me. So yeah, i got done with my section drafting today, now its time to tackle the elevations which are gonna be a bitch. I will eventually CAD those as well. Well, thats all for now. Hopefully my week gets better. Even though the show is going on, i hope things start to move in a positive direction, and if i am reading things right, they have started to inch that way. Ok, goodnight.
