They're proving to be a real inconvenience y'know.

[Chichiri looks like the quakes are giving him a bit of trouble as well. He seems to be in an apartment building. There are a few people in the background and the building seems mostly in tact.]

Is there anyone who needs shelter? This building is available if anyone's homes have collapsed or are no longer safe.
