Eve turned her head slightly to watch the large explosion the intruder had set off. There was smoke and confusion everywhere, but surely the intruder had escaped. Without a second thought, Eve headed off in the direction he had likely gone. Outside the walls, past the smoke.
Where could he have gone? Down this street? Or down the next? Eve wanted to go back and play again. She was the demon, she wanted to play…She was the demon. She was the demon.
Torneo coughed and looked up. “Eve! Eve has disappeared!”
She was the demon.
