oh I'm ready for it
I saw Snakes on a Plane for the first time yesterday! Wow, that film is silly! Talk about getting bitten in the most ridiculous places! But I’m not gonna lie, I jumped a few times.
And at the end credits when they show the Cobra starship video? My sister likes the Sounds so she was like “Maja!” and pointing to the screen, while I yelled “GABE!” and “William!” and “Look, that was Pete!”. She had never heard of Cobra Starship, The Academy Is… or Gym Class Heroes before. She thought they were a boy band. I laughed pretty hard at that.
My dear sister has also never heard of the Jonas Brothers. She’s been living under a German rock called “house and techno” for the last 2 and half years. I didn’t even bother telling her about them, she’s not a fan of pop rock.
I like how with every band I fall in love with I get a few extras as well. I fell for Panic at the Disco and got Cobra Starship, Fall Out Boy and The Academy Is.... As well as Forgive Durden.
And now it’s the Jonas Brothers and so far I’ve gotten into Demi Lovato and Taylor Swift.
I’m crushing pretty hard on Taylor right now. Apparently I really like country-pop! And she reminds me so much of Cassie from Skins!
