So today we upped the ante by running for 1 minute, walking for 4 minutes, nine times. I probably traveled a 1/4 to 1/2 mile longer than I did last week, and was out for 10 more minutes. I discovered that stopping on the walk home in a little park to stretch out my legs, and then finishing up the last 5 minute back to the house really helped keep me going and keep my legs from being too sore later on.
I really want Sara's cool tracker thingy...but I am poor :-(
I am just so excited that I managed to get through one whole week of this workout. I managed to lose 5 pounds last week by doing the workout and keeping track of my food...I even slacked off and had sweets this weekend, but still managed to lose the weight!
Yay for Sara and I making it through week 1!
