Ok...so I feel pretty good after my first walking/running workout. I warmed up by walking up to the West Warwick bike path, about 10 min from my house. Once I hit the bike path I started alternating 1 min of running with 5 min of walking, repeating 6 times. Then I cooled down with the walk back down to my house.
Pluses:
1. My plan of wearing a tank top with a shelf bra and another tank top helped reduce the amount of bouncing of my boobs!
2. The bike path is nice and away from cars so I don't feel like too much of an idiot when I run.
3. Linkin Park has always rocked my world.
4. Getting up early to avoid the heat...bien!
5. Kitchen timer works great for keeping track of minutes.
Negatives:
1. Need to buy an arm band to put my phone/mp3 player in. It kept slipping down in between my shirts...
2. Remember sunscreen...I'm probably going to hurt later today :-(
All in all I think it was a good workout...I'm pretty sure the shower is going to be the best part though!
