that is what i am right now. a zombie. i will do a full update on my day off. (if i ever have one again...ack!) actually, i have 2 days off this week, and i'm going to need them. here's why:
in 11 days, there is a total of 264 hours.
including tomorrow, as of the past 11 days, i will not have only worked 10 of them, but in total, i will have worked almost 120 hours. now, think about this: your average 7 days week is 144 hours. so, in a week and a half, i've worked almost a full week's worth. that's like working 6 full, 24 hour days out of 11...no breaks, no sleep, nothing.
hell, i may as well have been there 24/6 this past week, because work is all i've been doing. i went out for about 2 hours on tuesday (after wrestling with the Coffee Table of Doom for 3 hours), but guess where i went? if you guessed "the pub", you guessed correctly. so, i've actually been there for 11 days, but one of them i wasn't working.
i.am.so.tired.i.don't.have.words.for.it. exhausted doesn't cover it. which is why i'm not really updating tonight. but i will say this:
if the pub ever, for any reason, thought i wasn't dedicated enough, all i have to say is: 17 hours. with a 30 minute break, only. thursday. in a skirt. 10am-3am. exhaustion, delirium, crying, and hysterical laughter. worrying my coworkers. ephedra.
dedicated, am i. and i think they realise just how dedicated now.
