There has been a lot of discussion in the news about the new law passed in Russia which makes it against the law to basically promote equality for GLBT people.  On the Canadian travel advisory web site the Canadian Government makes it clear that it is not against the law in Russian to be "homosexual" however; you can't in any way promote it.  This ( Read more... )
