Alexander photoshoot!

We had to organise the whole thing on two days' notice, because Scott is going out of town for a three-month tour of, believe it or not, the "Thomas the Tank Engine" live show (he's on the crew, not in the cast) and our publicity deadline is in April, so we needed the Alexander/Hephaistion pictures before then.
