I thought Slate was better than this.  All right, I know they're owned by the Washington Post, so maybe I shouldn't have expected much better.  Still, it was the brainchild of Michael Kinsley, and it's the darling of NPR.  Surely my memory does not fail me in recalling that it once bore signs of brave intelligence.  Well, except for the liberal ( Read more... )
