the unforeseen perks of being gainfully employed.
new job: caregiver at the sean humphrey house, a residence for aids patients. easy as pie, nice people, minumum wage isn't *that* bad.
last night, i was "working": watching 'who's line is it anyway' with another caregiver and one of the residents. ryan stiles says something along the lines of "i think you just sat on a cockatoo." the resident at hand chuckles to self. says, "a cockatoo? i wouldn't mind sitting on a cock or two."
and there's plenty more where that came from.
in other circumstances, it might be offensive. but coming from a disheveled, toothless, flitty gay man... it cracks me up.
now if only the jokes would make up for missing so many damned shows round these parts...
