For dinner tonight I made baked chicken quarters with oregano, sweet basil, and balsamic vinegar, risotto, and broccoli. For dessert (at 11pm) I made a double layer chocolate cake with chocolate frosting, all from scratch. I made enough food to feed at least 6 people, too. Too much time on my hands??? The sad thing is, I'll probably do the same thing at home only there I will have a fully stocked kitchen and three other people to eat the food with me.
