I made this last week while watching the Olympics. The fabric and buttons came from my stash. The lace was purchased specifically for this project. I had made the skirt and hat last year as apart of other outfits. So I finished the first bustle dress yesterday. Have no idea when I'm going to wear it but it was too fun to do to not make it so here it is. I'll be making a silk evening one too.
