It occurs to me that nWoD would work as a single collective venue in the Camarilla. nWoD seems designed to provide a menu that a Storyteller can select from. Rather than pigeonholing each character type into a venue, a local Storyteller candidate could apply for the position with a venue style sheet that explains which character types are allowed, the themes of the story, and how long it will take to tell the story.
For example, "My story will allow Vampires, Changelings and Innocents. It will examine the corruption caused by those who feed upon others, literally and metaphorically. It will take me approximate 12 games or 1 year to tell this story." The application process would be more involved than this, but hopefully you get the idea.
Once the ST is done with the story, it's time for another election.
Now, the oWoD doesn't allow for this menu version of a venue since oWoD is more dependent on zero-sum PVP. Too many player groups have murderous intent toward other player groups. "Vampires and Werewolves? You go to the kill box. Changelings? Sit in the corner looking pretty until some kid with no imagination and an iron crowbar decides to make you his bitch."
So, I guess my dream line-up for Atlanta Camarilla games in order of preference would be:
1. Werewolf: The Apocalypse
2. Vampire: The Dark Ages
3. Adventure!
4. New World of Darkness (rotating, but continuous, storylines and character types)
