Well I'm just sitting here at work just about to wrap up another day. All-in-all it hasn't been a bad day. I didn't really have much on my plate today. Only problem is that tends to make the day drag. Today was my first "smoke-free" work day. I had one this morning in the garage around 6:45am with a cup of coffee. I think I'm done with

So far so good actually. I've only had 10 ciggy's in two days since starting the patch. Tomorrow will be my first smoke-free day. I'm sure I can do it as I'm not really craving one now. It's been about 4hrs since my last one. I'm sure I'll be chewing the hell out of some gum here real soon though!
