Another one in the books...
Well I'm just sitting here at work just about to wrap up another day. All-in-all it hasn't been a bad day. I didn't really have much on my plate today. Only problem is that tends to make the day drag. Today was my first "smoke-free" work day. I had one this morning in the garage around 6:45am with a cup of coffee. I think I'm done with smoking. I know it's not good for me and I can tell every morning I wake up. My chest just feels ripped from all the smoking I've done during the day. I'm currently on the "Patch." If anyone is curious, I can and will vouch for it. I smoke about a pack a day. I'm not saying I don't want one...fuck yeah I do, but the cravings are gone. I started with a "Stage 3" patch...for anyone who smoked a pack or more a day. We have 5 more at the house and I'm going to smoke them with my wife tonight. After that...we're going to be smoke free. Damn I wish I didn't live so damn far from work. I get off at 5:30pm and won't get home until around 6:45-7o'clock. It's only 24 fucking miles...oh well, that's what I get for working in the city. Well it's that time so I'll get the hell outta here.
