I bought a rotring artpen, and I'm testing it out with the black ink it came with. I'm pretty much exclusively using it upside-down to get a finer line. This is the extra-fine pen anyway, but it's still a little too broad for my preference. It performs a lot better when turned over than my Lamy fountain pens though, so it shouldn't be a problem.
