I just realized that there IS such a thing as too much parsley. X_x My mom was out of the house, which meant that it was one of my few opportunities to cook. As such, I made spaghetti and spaghetti sauce from scratch. Noodles came out perfect (I like them a bit more firm than al dente) and the sauce came out okay...but I put just as much parsley as I did all the other vegetables. (My mom had gone out grocery shopping, so my choices were rather limited... :( ) BUT! A success overall. :)
