 Wotcha Folks,

Em's folks were down from the frozen North this weekend and because of the horrendous weather on Saturday we cancelled the planned trips to the RSPB site at Sandwell Valley (which is very good by the way) and had a boardgames day instead. It was top.

I spend loads of time playing computer games. Mainly because they are awesome, however the computer games playing comes at a price. The sacrifice of time which could be spent doing one of many other things, not the least of which is playing boardgames and wargames.

Friday - Surprise trip to Doctor Who exhibition in Coventry.
Saturday - Em's parents came down and helped us blitz the garden including dispatching the Zombie bushes. Had awesome home made souvlaki meal for tea.

Yesterday me and Em's managed to get round to playing a few of the board games we had for Christmas.

We played Evo, Chez Dork and Chez Goth.

In short Evo was awesome with the two player variant we got from Board Game Geek (BGG), Chez Dork was sadly a bit shite and Chez Goth was really good !
