Father's Day
Church went really well today. My time in the pre-k went very quickly - before I even realized it the kids were getting picked up and it was time to go to the service. The sermon our youth pastor gave was excellent, too.
After church my mom and I went to the Phillies game (we have season tickets - 2 seats for every Sunday home game). The Phillies lost 7-4, but it was still a fun time. The people sitting around us were really into actually watching the game, and the yeller behind us always looked at the positive side (if we left 3 on base, he would still cheer, "Way to get 1!" because we got 1 run). I got fried, though - my arms and legs are a nice bright red, despite the fact that we were sitting in the shade. Go figure.
By the time we got back from the game, the boys were already home. We had a late dinner of salmon (yum!) and for dessert we had the real reason I'm mentioning what we ate - strawberries and ice cream! Soo good.
All in all, a good day.
