Cruising the Gekiden thread in 2ch again. There was a response which was talking about a site with UMSFL fanfic! You can bet I got fired up like mad, but the response from other was decidedly less than lukewarm. One of the posters had this to say about the whole affair: マニアックなSSばっかり作ってるな。こいつ。 Maniac ke what ke, I have truly never heard of Japanese badfic. Japanese CRACKfic, yes (dark Hakkai...rapist Justice...eeegh.). At the risk of being singled out again, 何言っとんじゃお前ら!小説はファンの命! XD I poked around the site a bit and realised that OMAIGOD, this is the same site with the full DragonBall-Gekiden parallel comparisons, AND the list of Gashapon figures. Cool! :)
Anyway the fanfic. I remember seeing, many years ago, something which dealt with how Seven got the Moebius Key from Anchira. Nice, but it didn't really clear the air for me on what actually happened out of canon. @_@ But now I take another gander at the screen, and...eh...hello, what's this? Hiiru-sei no Higeki? Tragedy on Planet Heel?

Now with my 1337 Japanese skeelx0rz I hope to be able to buckle down and read this one properly and 'menghayati' or get into it. I can't, because of impending homework, but...but...but...@_@ I reproduce this part for the benefit of fanfic writers out there, especially seiza the Ace fangirl. Let's do this again. :D OI, seiza!!!
Now that I have your attention. :D Heel-Sei No Higeki. With a touch of M2000's translation.
While numerous choujuu corpses were scattered over the battlefield, right in the middle of it was Aprasa, struggling for breath in Ace's arms. Her face was already beginning to show the pallor of death, her breath unstable, her body growing cold. Trying to cheer her, Ace talked rapidly, desperately.
"C'mon Aprasa, don't die on me. When this whole war is over, let's go to lots of places. We should still have far to go from here." Aprasa smiled in return, but her expression was unusually lifeless. "I'm sorry...I said I would protect everyone, but I couldn't even protect you..."
Aprasa gathered what remained of her strength, and handed the Moebius Key within her to Ace, even as tears were streaming down his face. All so that a tragedy like her existence would not be repeated.
"Ace...Use this key...and bring peace back to the universe."
Praying that hope would even touch the dimension of the Yapool, Aprasa lapsed into eternal slumber within Ace's arms.
