Awake. Tired. Not sleepy.
It's gonna be Friday when I wake up, since anything before 4 doesn't count. Or so my many all-night experiences have told me. Fridays are nice. I get to sleep in. Although tomorrow morning I have to go to a friend's at 11 to go grab some Radiohead CDs. Which means that I have to be up by 9 if I want to be functional. So, if I get to bed sometime soon, I should be good.
...I write in short sentences when I'm tired.
OK. Ten minutes, 30 Rock should be finished downloading. Then I will go to bed, watch it, and snore before it ends. Always had trouble finding the really entertaining stuff in that show. Anyone that wants to be really entertained by sitcoms should be watching:
- How I Met Your Mother (I think I know most of the first four seasons by heart)
- The Big Bang Theory (Sheldon and Penny FTW)
- Community (Way too underrated, all the characters have their moments)
- Modern Family (The whole thing is hilarious, especially the small giveaways)
I download Scrubs, Accidentally on Purpose, and 30 Rock also, but each has its flaws.
- Scrubs is going way too quickly. The new interns are alright, but I have to agree with reviews that point out that each newbie is almost a carbon-copy of an oldie, which is annoying when you loved the originals so much.
- Accidentally on Purpose is from the same mold as Two and a Half Men, but since Jenna Elfman is funnier...
- 30 Rock has Alec Baldwin and Tina Fey. The rest... enh.
...3 minutes.
Should I open this up to more people? Like, actually put a link to this journal on my Facebook page? It's something I've never done, simply because some of the stuff on here is extremely private. I don't mind venting to people I don't know (for the very lucky few that actually read it), but if someone I know in everyday life was reading, I'd be way more paranoid about the stuff I write down. But if it's to be used properly, there needs to be interaction at some point...
Will be thought about. To be continued. Download is over.
