Today was supposed to be an "on" day. I wanted to work on some hobby projects. Instead, I'm crushingly depressed for no specific reason. Damn you, Lexapro!
It could have something to do with the overcast weather. My moods are super sensitive to sunlight and temperature. More so than ever.
Got an appointment at the VA in a little over a week. On the advice of a friend who has reason to know about these things, I'm going to see if I can switch to Prozac. She's mystified as to why they didn't put me on Prozac in the first place; she calls it the "front line" antidepressant, with an 80% success rate.
