After watching the last 24/7 episode I have made up my mind to reject this ridiculous NHL-created rivalry-that-isn't Pens-Caps nonsense. Honestly, this thing has been deliberately manufactured by the league to put butts in seats and I'm just not going to fall for it anymore. We had a perfectly good and intense rivalry with Philadelphia before this

well, i do think there was a rivalry, going back to the Patrick Division days, but you're right it was never as big as the one with Philly or even NJ, and most of what's going on now is manufactured. I don't know why the league just can't see what happens naturally and promote from that

i have not watched any hockey this year but for 1 period of a dallas game before the station went out. lol
