I joined a online group on Ravelry.com that xtrainingwheels started called Nerd Swaps. The rules are you sign up for the swap and you are assigned a partner. You make a handmade item and send it to your partner with a edible treats, a ball of yarn, and something other misc. item. The theme of this swap was 'fairy tales'

So I know I haven't been talking about knitting to much lately, but I have been doing it. SO. Here are some pictures of stuff I've made. There's more stuff, but the pics are on my camera at work. Right now I only have the pics I took with my phone. So here we go...

This has been my mantra all day. I found out that it was this weekend last night. Now I have to go. Val told me about this event a couple months ago and I've been dyeing to go (get it? tee hee).

Oh man, I am so super excited about crocheting right now. Now that I've figured out amigurumi I don't want to do anything else. Which is fine because there are a literal ton of stuff to crochet with amigurumi.

Once upon a time, there was a young girl who lived in a mightly castle. ( BUNNIES!!!! BUNNIES EVERYWHERE!!! )

So I decided to knit a stuffed animal. Specifically I was trying to knit Ahiru from Princess Tutu.

So, as it has become my custom, I will now share with you some of the knitting/felting projects I have been working on since the semester ended. Yes, I do realize that was last Friday, however I have completed enough project in order to justify a post in this short amount of time. How sad is that?

So I haven't posted about knitting in awhile. That doesn't mean that I haven't been knitting. Far from it. I felted this hat last week (or so) and I tried to felt another hat today. It didn't turn out so well so I might work on it later this summer and get it into a better shape. Anyway, here is a pic of a little something I made.
