Tears of happiness

All of my friends are reading Berserk now. *sighs happily* Life is good.

In Pittsburgh with the Brother. Saw my sister, Elizabeth, today with her two kids. It actually went super well. I was surprised. Usually when I hang out with my sister it's one big heart attack after another. Some times she gets so crazy I'm afraid she's going to start chucking her babies at me. She has actually squirted me with breast milk before, as is from her breast, squirting. You can actually get some good projection out of those things, who'd have thunk it? Anyway, we had a pleasant conversation, ate nice Chinese food, played with the kids, and I got to read Ivan some bedtime stories. My two nephews, Ivan and Lachlan, are very cute and very agreeable kids. Much better than my brother's kids Robert and Brittney. Those two are hellions wrapped up in sheep's clothing. I'll be seeing them for Christmas, lucky me.

So far my break has gone pretty well actually. I spent the weekend with Courtney at her house near Columbus. We watched Kyou Kara Maou and burned the text books we couldn't sell back. It was a lot of fun, watching those books burn. We might back this an annual tradition. Her brother, Joseph, a very cool kid, helped us burn the books and gave me the rest of Excel Saga, which i've been meaning to get for a while. He also drove Court and I down to Zanesville so we could meet up with my brother and his girlfriend for lunch. Since Ari lived so close by, I invited her along to. She brought her friends Sue, who looked familiar but I know I don't know her, and Libby, who I met at SugoiCon. It ended up being a pretty large group and I felt bad for Ben and Dara since they were the oldest ones there and probably felt out of place. Anyway, lunch went well, and we all said our good byes and headed back home. I ended up seeing Dara' s place for the first time and visiting Beth briefly, just long enough to make plans to see each other the next day, the results of which were the first thing I mentioned. The rest of the time I was just hanging around Ben's place, sleeping, showering, sleeping some more, and watching some anime. You know, the important things in life.

Tomorrow I see my friend Tracey from back home for lunch. She goes to college out here at Carneige Mellon so I thought I should make an effort to see her. Then my brother's friends are coming over for a PS3 party. I believe there will be Simpsons and Madden. I may hide myself upstairs with my laptop for awhile, I don't know, we will see.

Tomorrow, I will start up with my Nano story again so i can finally get that finished. That is my productivity goal for the day. Let's see how things turn out.

college life, berserk
