My commute is the big limiting factor. I need to be near the train station, or at least a train station. Adding a bus trip to my already long commute is something I really, really want to avoid. It already routinely takes me over two hours to get home.

One of the upsides of this craziness is that it reminds us how lucky we are and what good people we know. The apartment situation sucks, but our support network is humblingly awesome.
