Rainy day yay!

As you might know, a big tornado hit Iowa a few days ago. I have a Newstalk AM station going 24/7 - from Cedar Rapids. Today, I heard more tornado alarms on that station, so I pulled up this page. (FYI!). It is comprehensible but not comprehensive.

Hey, we lost power for 8 hours the other night and when it came back on my computer was borked ... So no posting from me until I get that fixed. I wanted to pass along a link though ... https://www.instagram.com/p/C69BhD4OgUX/?igsh=eGEyNmhwYTY1MzYz

5G turns people white? wtf?!

OK - I was wondering if you might have been ill. Good luck getting unborked.

This is very good. I am saving it to my new 5G folder. Hope to do a post/flier on that and related.

So many important subjects keep coming at me, etc., I see the connexion but most people completely missing them. Polycrisis!

thx

It's one of those classic SNAFUs of my needing my Microsoft Microsoft password (as opposed to my Microsoft Windows password - which I know), which primarily exists in a ID/PW file on my computer - which I can't access without said password.
I do have it written down somewhere, on a random scrap of paper in a pile of similarly random other scraps of paper, giving it anonymity in obscurity, but requiring my digging through the mass of miscillania in order to discover what the magic word is that MS is demanding of me.
I'm sure there are better systems than this.

Keeping passwords together is a pain in the ass. I ran into that same problem a lot, although not sure why you need your MS PW? I don;t log into MS ever. Is it they won't let you download a graphics programme or something unless you do?

Mt laptop password is very simple. For the rest, I have a folder of important files / .txts / LJ posts / To-Do etc. that I work on, and constantly refresh. One of these is the main file containing passwords (etc.) Every few days, I save this whole folder to a thumbdrive, which I use at library, etc. This method really works for me. Keeps thing organised. And it keeps extra emergency copies of important data.
