COVID Update

Oct 21, 2023 09:47

Well, the COVID is waning.  It was bad.  On top of CFS.  Must cancel trip to Ye Olde City until Spring, or risk getting Long COVID.  Because trip would involve not only more stress but lots of physical exertion.

Meds and supplements def helped.  These include:

Famotidine - deters binding of spike, and reduces stomach acidity, which was a problem, encouraging spread.
Nicotine - Deters binding.  I have cigs for this emergency but did not use.
EDTA - Removes toxic metals like Graphene Oxide.  Most effective.
NAC plus Bromelain - Detox, and allows clots to pass easier.
l-Argenine - Helps build supply of essential nitrogen gas in blood; allows clots to pass easier.
Vitamin D, high dose - Good supplement in fighting COVID.  I went w/o during days in van.
Ivermectin (dog med) - FIghts parasites and somehow also COVID.  Should have taken sooner but still works.
Garlic - Fights parasites, viruses, bad bacteria in gut and blood.
Baking Soda - Makes gut and body fluids less acidic, and so reduces parasites, etc.
Aleve - Headaches.
Benadryl - Antihistamine.
Zinc - Very important in fighting COVID but usually take this long after the EDTA.
Vitamin C, high dose - Helps Zinc, Magnesium, and helps everything.
Magnesium - Muscles, energy, liver, etc.
Turmeric - Helps blood, which I had much more.
l-Lysine - Fights herpes viruses, which possible expand during COVID.
Melatonin - Sleep.
Iodine - Thyroid.
Copper - Helps oxygen get to cells. Unlike Iron, does not encourage parasites.
Vitamin E; chocolate in my decaf mocha - great anti-oxidants, etc.
Minuscule amount of caffeine in decaf mocha - Increases stomach motility, peristalsis, which move food along and so help body get on circadian track, which helps everything.

COVID has helped deplete these supplies, most used for CFS.

Note: When I realised I had COVID, I only ate one thing, a boiled egg, yum. I didn't want to eat, anyway. Feed a cold, starve a fever. Eggs contain ingredients helpful against COVID.
