I opened some walnuts which aren't rancid, yay. I have to throw out that other container of walnuts. They can be bad for a body, over time.
I have been really striving to get this chronic brain inflamation down, so I can get on with a life. Unfortunately, the disruptions from above have been making it worse. I have been testing predictive hypotheses, and they seem to be correct, perhaps. The guy carries on just as did the crazy old bald man from downstairs, of old. If I get up and simply quietly use the kitchen, then 5 minutes later, he stomps around determidely.
As if I had no right to breath. And the slamming and banging gets worse by later in the eve, esp. on Friday and Saturday nights. I have been considering that this was him, (and a her?), getting ready to go out on the town, then to return and drnk, drink, drink, slam, slam, slam, and flush, flush, flush. All night long. OK, that's one theory.
Another theory is that this is a guy who detests hearing the slightest sound from down here, that he deliberately slams and stomps and bangs in the eve, because that's when he thinks I have settled down to sleep, aiming to get up at 5:am for decaf mocha and peace and quiet.
Likewise, he may make very loud noise at intervals through the night, in order to throw my schedule off. Since I don't have a right to quietly mind my own business, but he has a right to do anything cruel he wants, short of murdering me.
Because, there really are crazy people like this - a lot of them. Maybe they have poisons in their brains, but the ultimate fact is that they act this way in order to preserve the past, the status quo, their imaginary power structure. And this is what I described in the mentality of other narcissists, far and wide, yes? A failure to deal with the slightest change.
Meanwhile I, the actual disabled one, weather the ruckus hour after hour, day after day, as I did with bald man, and as I did with the narcissists next door. For this, I am paid nothing. But insults maybe.
When you think about it - isn't artificial intelligence similar, in some ways? It bases everything on composits of templates of the past. It predicts not from imagination or psychic life. It predicts from what has already happened. And if there is something in common in a majority of those old templates - say racism or anger - then it will tend to amplify racism or anger in its own predictions.
I tried to make a Walmart order, this morning. Three times, because it was cancelled twice. Then I called a human and asked wtf? He said that artificial intelligence stopped me from proceeding, because of suspicious activity on my account. In fact, because of my own behaviour on the account, whcih wasn't really suspicious.
Without getting into the nuts and bolts of it, I just want to add the thought, here: What AI cannot do is open its mind and be irresponsible in its thinking. Imagine. Because, much of the time, fuzzy, creative thinking does not comport to old templates - but often it will break moulds and move things ahead. Which is what AI cannot do.
And which is something narcissists and dinosaurs are also not very good at. Instead, they are good at immitating other people. Or resorting to old-style Machievellian tactics. Logics of force and intimidation... Which is what the Jesus guy was trying to prompt early Christians to rise above. Transcend the trap.
I was sitting in the van, waiting for a light to change - rush hour, busy street. I wanted to turn left, but the light was green also for oncoming traffic. There was no arrow light for those who wanted to turn. There should be. BTW - I plan on talknig to the Sheriff here. I should mention that to him. Although, he's not the one. Council memebers are the ones.
Anyway, I am sitting at this green light, and it AGAIN turns yellow on me. So, I am tired of this, and tireed of people waiting behind me, so I just gun the van to the left, and the light turns red as I do so. But, I get out of the jam. And the person behind me was probably happy. Nobody in the other lanse, sitting but readying to GO, is going to come barrelling through and hit a big long white van. So. I broke the law. Intelligently. With a brain full of spiders.
If AI were monitoring the intersection, I would have been ticketted. (In fact, I was pretty near the police station). Because, based on past templates, running a red light is - just BAD. (A lot of AI cars don;t seem to care about red lights, sometimes, just sayin'). But AI doesn't open up its mind and see alternate factors and potentials and logics. Now, granted, this is not a great example, because it does look to most people that I was in the wrong. But, I am giving it as an example of when people do think outside the Alexa box.
AI has a propensity for catching - even targetting those types of people - the inventive, creative or imaginative. Or simply people in new, untried situations. AI has a problem confusing these types of people with deviant criminal types. Confusing, as it were, priests with psychopaths. Eh? Artists. Scientists. Rebels. Revolutionaries. The agents of change, sometimes through no fault of their own.
So, if we have a civilisation where AI is on the prowl, all over the place, then true change gets snuffed out, everywhere. And this - the status quo - is what THOSE ALREADY IN POWER want.
In fact, they have been programming AI to give answers they deem to be in their best interests. Even. Like Google censoring out non-Dem canditates in search results. Which is known to sway election results. Similar, also, to polls, with their biased, status-quo oriented questions and methods.
Anything that differs is called a terrorist, a la, "Brazil." Anything free is called, "aggressive," a la, my last residential situation. Snuff it out! Lock it up!
That's about enough for tonight. I am tired and warm. Goodnight.
Didn't the letters, "AI," stand for something Greek, in early Christianity? Or was it some other letter combo?? Whatever it was, it was sometimes displayed on the back of the ceremonial robes of priests. Or psychopaths. Same difference.
