As predicted, last night's insomnia made today worse than it should be, CFSwise. Insomnia predictably caused by the late exertion, yesterday. Three melatonin had no effect(!) Now dogged by insatiable fatigue. I can barely see. And now I am being punished for taking my own breaths?
