I don't think I've seen, Serial Mom, starring Kathleen Turner, with some interesting others. But, it does look like it shows the darker side of narcissism, psychopathy. Which is most depraved when practiced by a female, "killing them with kindness."

The War of the Roses - Stars two narcissists, including Kathleen Turner. It did better that Serial Mom, critically and at the box office. It is a movie that pulls you in, to a kind of comedic horror. Disturbing, somewhat. WATCH the WAR OF the ROSES.
I also haven't see The Bonfire of the Vanities, probably because I never wanted to watch it. But it is probably a movie touching on narcissism, not specifically female. It was a box office bomm. YOU CAN WATCH IT HERE. - And here is an opera derived from the very popular novel by Tom Wolfe.
The Devil Wears Prada was a movie which very much touched on materialistic narcissism, including of the female stripe. This movie was so vain I saw no point in watching it. You can dig it up somewhere, I'm sure.
I find that movies including Kat Dennings or Steve Carell often have a fair degree of narcissism going on.
