People like us just wanna enjoy our half-lives ..

I was switching between the Superbowl and Driving Miss Daisy.  I get that the latter was a sweet relationship, and he was feeding her at the end, but I guess I didn't watch enough to see any point in it, other than the whole racism thing.  As far as the Superbowl goes, great camerawork, and a good game.  Never really had time for football, and I don't really care - I guess I wanted either team to win, or lose, for different reasons.

Since some of you can't really get into it, I am offering you an Indie movie that I thought was pretty good, slightly related to football.  The main guy is a real prick, but it is worth staying with it despite disliking him.  You should be able to see how this movie borrows from other Indie movies/directors.  BUFFALO 66.  Watching this will start you on a 7 day free trial with Roku, but it's not a big deal.  We can talk about that later..

I told you about that crazy loud car stereo going all night and day.  Well, tonight, especially during halftime, some guy from the same area pulled out his chainsaw and started sawing away loudly.  He's still at it.  Of all the days and times to pick.  This is most surely retaliation against the car stereo people.  This guy is probably white (or Hispanic) and the car stereo people are probably black, living in a building across the street.  Race wars.  It was from that area that loud gunfire came flying in this direction, and presumably hitting 'my' tree in the front.  That's also where a crazy dog comes from, running all over the neighbourhood.

I will tell you this.  The guy who pulls out a chainsaw during the Superbowl to assert his manhood and territory?  That's got to be a crazy man right there.  Notwithstanding, the car stereo was annoying as hell.  And I can feel his pain.  But only a psycho would pull the Superbowl chainsaw stunt.

I quick pulled a little of the front curtain back to see if this guy was possibly closer, like, cutting down other people's trees or something, and I see a pizza guy get out of his car and walk to the house of the narcissist next door.  But then he turns and starts walking to this house.  Did he see me look out?!  He checks the address and goes back to the other house.  I hope he doesn't mention seeing me to the narcissist, if he did see me.  That would not do.

Btw - The halftime show apparently had no white people in it - nor Asians or etc. - just all blacks, from what I could see.  Which, if you think about it, is hella strange.  No wonder there are crazy psycho chainsaw idiots out there.  He probably thought the halftime was pretty much the same thing as that car stereo from hell.  Please, god, make it stop!

Have a good night. And don't take a knee for me..
