Hoping to avoid lawsuits on all sides, the governor of Illinois announced that state mask mandates would terminate on February 28th.  They are being replaced by the new bikini-wax mandate.  I guess he assumes that lots of people will now be running out into the sunshine and he doesn't want anything ugly to happen.  Speak for yurself, Guvnah.

Oh, and the cullings will take place every 4 years on the 29th.
