And I want to drink you all up! No, really, ginger beer rocks. If I had ginseng or sarsasp., I might have added a little. But I'll be happy if this stuff just turns out halfway resembling ginger beer. I'll prolly add some quick oats later in the brewing, if there is a later... and this will ruin the whole GF thing but... idk
I think I did add a little lemon and clove but not so much as to harm yeast.
I should find a way to bring Nether Girl and my upstairs neighbour Chester together (and then make sure they relocate to Arizona or someplace far, far away).
This would be like how an air ioniser works. The negative ions latch onto the pollutants in the air, and they fall together to the ground, far far away yes... I like this last part... far away from you or me.... as I've been dreaming of Canada...
While I'm at it, I'll also figure out a way to introduce UmBitch to Nether Guy. (But how can I convince them to move to Texas or Arizona or somewhere like that? They need to stay far, far away from Cascadia....)

i just came through this nether squall, feeling bad - i don't know why - feeling like maybe i hurt their dog's feelings cuz he was my imaginary buddy... and my dog was feeling weird too - concerned - but then some great songs came on "WORLD CAFE" - including a new one from my beloved CAMPER VAN BEETHOVEN! so - there is a god - and they are singing about Northern California...
So I bet you are supposed to get UmBitch and N-Guy to move there
