Good afternoon!
I'm at the coffeeshop with Brian, chillin on our laptops. I've got several things to work on and so does he.
I had my psych evaluation this morning for the surgery. I had to take the damn MMPI (370 ambiguous and sneakily-phrased questions, oh joy) and an IQ test (wtf?). Then the psychiatrist asked me a bunch of questions and pronounced me suitable.
Then I swapped out my cable box for one that'll actually work, and went and bought a new router. I had a delicious panini for lunch and now I'm here. Aaaaaand there's nothing exciting about any of that.
Except for this.
When I checked into the registration desk, a nice man in his cute little triangular office, which was totally adorned with...Pez. He must have had more than 500 Pez dispensers. Or more. Plus Pez candy, Pez merchandise, Pez sets, even a little framed sheet about the history of Pez. They covered one entire wall, which had shelves on it. He had them carefully arranged by theme and color and age. It was awesome. Certainly gave me something to look at while he did my paperwork.
Necklace of the Day. This is actually one of my oldest necklaces.
