Leaving, in a Taurus
Leaving for Wisconsin in a few hours, but I'll still be in touch and everything. My dad the Internet Geek can't be out of touch either, so I can use his laptop, which is fortunate since I just realized I still have to write this week's movie preview (doing Quantum of Solace this week) and I'll have to do it there. I was going to do it last night but...well, I totally spaced it out.
It's a beautiful day for driving! Yay! And I have a new car, and lots of podcasts, and some audiobooks, and cash for tolls. Looking forward to seeing my parents and grandparents and the other assorted family folks. Last night I was IMing my cousin, who's making the trip as well (though she is flying from Maryland).
So everybody have a nice weekend. I will be enjoying my grandfather's homemade fish fry. Yummmmm.
