ISO: Sardoff's Singular Disinebriator
Well, folks, I'm back. I think I've had enough self-imposed Internet vacation-time for now.
And today, I am marvelously hung over. Bleagh. And I have to deliver fecking pizza tonight. Bleagh. epicyclical has a lovely drunken phone message left by yours truly, perhaps if you pay her enough money she'll play it for you. And I got to talk to alexmalfoy on the phone while intoxicated! I'm sure he found it quite amusing.
I had an okay day yesterday but ended the evening in a state of high piss-off and right after posting HWTF 5 I decided, quite out of the blue, that I needed to get DRUNK. First off, let me make it clear that I never ever do that. I very rarely drink, and when I do I have one drink and then switch to ginger ale. I can count the number of times I've been drunk on the fingers of one hand. So last night I purchased and consumed a four-pack of those little bottles of Kahlua Mudslide and an entire bottle of strawberry Arbor Mist. I drank it all while watching "Monsters, Inc." Then I called what seems like everyone I know. Lord only knows what I said or what I sounded like. I do have clear recollections of the evening (I wasn't THAT drunk) but I'm sure it was still pretty funny.
Oh, BTW, I saw a post on the SCUSA thread over at FAP that discussed an interview JKR gave in which she said that book 5 is not nearly as far from being ready as everyone thinks and that it'll probably be as long as GoF (!!). Good news!
