Results from my recent polls
Well, most of you were about evenly split between wanting to see Hogwarts seventh-years dance like Michael Flatley, John Travolta, or Snape in my Dancing!Snape icon. I must say that I think the Hustle would have been my own personal choice, although Irish step-dancing is probably more culturally appropriate.
The overwhelming majority of you would like to see me write a totally non-PoU connected H/H fic set at Hogwarts. Sounds like a great idea to me, too.
Now I just need an idea. Does there exist an idea for a story of that description that has not already been written? I suppose I'm not limited to things that haven't been done. Were that the case, writers would soon go out of business. I shall wait for inspiration to strike. I am confident.
And it seems that according to all of you, the Lost castaways are soon to meet Samantha Mulder...although it's possible that they'll just end up with a copy of the White album and some Tootsie rolls. It's the ultimate crossover. It occurs to me that Lost crossovers would be really hard. Unless your other fandom is Doctor Who or The Love Boat.
And regarding this morning's Plot Twist poll,, I am shocked (SHOCKED!) at how many of you have not seen "The Crying Game" and "Rebecca." The latter, especially, being one of Hitchcock's best and most celebrated films! Shame on all of you! Get thee hence to the video store! Clicky clicky on Netflix! The situation must be rectified.
And tonight I shall make my attempt at sunless tanning. Send your positive, not-orange-and-streaky vibes in my direction.
