Today on Netflix Streaming At Work: documentaries. Just saw a very interesting one about the adoption of Chinese girls by Westerners, and the consequences of the one-child policy.
The warm fuzziness of the whole thing was spoiled by embarrassing gaffe on the part of one of the American dads featured on the show. The special was hosted by Lisa Ling. At the end, he asked her if there was going to be another Charlie's Angels sequel.
Dude. That's Lucy Liu. Lisa just laughed it off and it wasn't corrected. But I bet that guy was embarrassed later when he realized his mistake.
