One problem with not using Livejournal as much as I used to is preparing for Christmas letters will be a lot harder! I didn't realize how much I depended on LJ to write my annual newsletter. So I'm thinking I need to do a summery of what i've been up to, if only for my sake next November...

Monkeys found the chords for JoCo's song Just as Long, so for the past fifteen or twenty minutes we've been messing around with it. It's been fun! I haven't had my mandolin out for maybe a year, so my fingers are tingling right now. My fingers hurt for typing! Well, not hurt exactly. They just feel funny. I let my mandolin go for a semester and forgot just about everything. So last night and tonight I dug it out and practiced.
