I have a temp job available. Put an ad on Craigslist. One fine young millennial who responded wanted to meet me on Friday. For your enjoyment, here is our email correspondence- without the "Hello"s and "Bye"s.
Thursday- Her- I could definitely meet with you tomorrow, if that works. I'll also give you a call in a bit to discuss more!
Me- Anytime after about 8 am works for the call, will plan on being around town after about 1pm.
Her- Sounds great, Mark - will call after 8 am! Thanks!
Friday 12.39 pm- Sorry I haven't called yet - I've had a super busy day, plus my cell phone screen cracked, so I was going to call you from the University. I could just meet you down at Liquid Planet whenever you are going to be there, and we can chat about addressing the envelopes. Hope your day is going well!
2.47 pm- I am at LP now, so just come on down and call me when you get here so we can figure out who is who.
3.21 pm- Is there any way I can help you tomorrow during the day instead? I am feeling a bit ill, and just took my temperature and have a low fever. I think it's just a little bug, and I should be fine by tomorrow. Will you be at Liquid Planet tomorrow? I would be glad to help you out then!

It might be better to just reschedule for tomorrow, if you are going to be at Liquid Planet as well then. I will be able to focus on your project and won't be distracted with other things I need to get done today. Again, I am so sorry. I am a fast writer though, and could knock out those cards quickly for you. If you want to meet tomorrow instead, I think that could be a better option.

Seriously? I skipped the first emails that included her needing this work to get together $200 for a rent deposit. For someone who REALLY needs the money her effort (besides typing emails on her broken smart phone) is severely lacking.
