(no subject)
Augh...It's August, which means school is starting soon, and that means I've been thinking about possible future careers.
And I am so screwed. I'm so in love with something I'm not very good at. As you might have noticed in my post yesterday, I'm not very good at drawing....but I'm still in love with the idea of graphic design, or designing products for Disney.
Meh, I'll just practice a lot and work really hard in my beginning drawing class this year. If I do end up with no job prospects, well then, as Draco Malfoy in AVPS would say...at least I can draw. Somewhat. And I've got the backup plan with psychology if I can't get into the arts progam.
(Exept that psychology work isn't what I really want....)
I think to keep myself sane I'll just work on a Hakuna Matata philosophy until school starts and I stop being so nervous.

Day #10: Your favorite song

But there's so many!
Oh well, I always really enjoyed these two growing up:
I would sometimes put in the VHS for Lion King and fast forward to this scene just so I could watch this song over and over and dance and sing along to it in the living room. It's just that much fun (and afterwards, I would rewind it back to the beginning and watch the whole movie. Lol)
This song is just so beautiful! And the visuals that go along with it in the movie make it even more so. I remember when I went to my Disney Store for the last time before it closed (*sniff*), they were playing classic Disney songs over the intercom as a sort of goodbye, and I started choking up a little when this one came on, followed by Part of that World.
