 30's-40's TV Show

The 30’s until the late 40’s was an era of great discoveries. Unfortunately, this isn’t what the era is prominent about. How can anyone forget the epic battle between the Axis and Allied forces or resonating names like Hitler and Mussolini? A great number of movies and documentaries depict how it was back then but not a lot of tv series do. Interestingly, HBO produced a tv series that gives us a picture of that, The Pacific. The story is based on the accounts of three U.S. Marines: Sledge, Basilone, and Leckie. The episodes focus on a lot of the tensioned battles in Japan, including the infamous battle of Iwo Jima. If you haven’t watched an episode yet, we think you should. This series has a mix of action, drama, suspense, with a hint of romance. But more importantly, it’s heartwarming and relatable. With all those genres, a great script, and some really talented actors, we’re sure you’re going to finish those 10 episodes in one go.
